You can imagine how disappointed we were that Hurrican Frances had
plans that totally disregarded our vacation! And, we have no idea
how easy or difficult it might be to get refunded/rebooked/etc.
It turned out to be pretty easy, thanks to Nancy Deutz! She kept
me posted on the progress, and she got us the same trip that we
had previously scheduled for the exact same price, only outside
of hurricane season. She worked with Travel Guard to make sure that
our insurance would be transferred from the trip we didn't take
to the new trip. Now, we are just looking forward to November to
enjoy the trip we've been desperately awaiting since April! :) Hey,
we've had something to look forward to all year, thanks to you!
Just FYI - My uncle is a travel agent, and would kill us if he knew
that we (me, my husband, my brother, and my sister-in-law) weren't
using him. But, your deal was too good to pass up! Thank you for
making what could have been a difficult process as easy and pleasant

What a great trip we had! thanks a lot! you were so right when you
said the kids wouldn't even hang out with us! they didn't they had
their own plans all the time, it was wonderful, we didn't realized
we were VIP's! and felt so great being treated so special, the crew
was wonderful the food was great! we loved the casino, everything
was A+, we are so very happy with the memories that will last forever.

The vacation was GREAT! I was very impressed with the ship. Carnival
has come a long way. It was the most beautiful ship I have been
on. I wasn't that excited about going in the beginning because I
am used to travelling south. I figured the ship was going to be
small and nothing much to talk about. Boy was I wrong. The staff
treated us royally. The entertainment was spectacular and the food
was amazing. Although the weather could have cooperated a little
more, we made the best of it. The temperature was between 55 - 65
degrees but we managed to use the various pools and hot tubs. I
would definitely recommend the Carnival Victory to anyone wishing
to cruise to Canada. While there we visited Peggy's Cove and walked
around and did some shopping. All in all, I give this vacation a
10. Thanks for all your help. Next year we're thinking about the
Carribbean. I will keep you in mind.

price offered was so good it really made up my mind to book the
cruise, however I was somewhat leary of booking with your agency

and Carnival let one member use that room without paying extra for
